Hi! Love your ideas for yummy and fast dessert. Would it be possible to use a chocolate cookie recipe for the basis of a fruit pizza? Would it flatten and hold up to make slices? Sorry for complicating what you make so simple! Thanks.

    1. What a good idea. I haven’t thought to do something like this, but I would think that should work just fine. The dough is on the soft side when you first mix it, so I’d suggest putting it in the fridge to harden up a bit to help it form into a large round for a pizza shape.

But maybe I’ll try it and let you know! I have a cake mix in my cupboard and a fruit pizza sounds delish for a summer treat.

Let me know if you give it a try too.

  2. I made these this weekend using yellow cake mix and chocolate chips. I was so happy they were so easy and my son and husband LOVED them. They are soft and moist. Why have I never thought of this!? Its soo simple.

  3. Oh I love these cookies, has been one of our favorites for years—- so easy my older kids can make them on their own! They are so delicious! I posted about them on my blog also. We love them as ice cream sandwiches!

  8. The little girl is my neighbor and the doll house is hers. It’s darling. It is actually a doll house book shelf. And, no, I didn’t make it, I am not that crafty!!

  9. Yum! I have to wait on trying these out cause I practically ate a whole batch of cookies this week! Where did you get that cute doll house that’s in the apron photos in your shop? Please don’t tell me you made it. I’ve been looking for a cute one to get for me daughter for christmas.
