This is a crooked dealership

My dad went in who is a 79 year old veteran. They showed him a Carnival vehicle and then put him in front of paperwork without explaining or letting him look over it. Just turning page after page. When he got home I looked it over and he signed for $20,000 over MSRP and was told it was $20,000 less. When I went to confront them they were not backing down. I finally threatened to sue and they said they would negate the sale. I would actively steer clear of this dealership. They are crooks.

This is a crooked dealership

This dealership and Jacob Prince are absolutely the best. Such an upfront, honest and professional experience. I would highly recommend! I live two states away but after dealing with two local dealers in my are (Nashville) and having horrible experiences I decided to buy out of state and have the car shipped. Couldn’t be happier.

I walked in the dealership unsure what would happen. I felt at home the employees was pleasant and helpful. I did not find what I was looking for but they didnt give up on me. They searched and searched until they found a car of my liking. It was reasonably priced and to my surprise even though I didnt have good credit they worked with me. I got a better deal than I thought I would get. A very nice car and the notes was low. The employees was all very nice. They informed me every step of the process. They made sure I understood that they was doing. I will definitely tell everyone I meet this is the place to go if they are looking for a good deal on a great car. They work hard to help you no matter the situation. They are pleasant, courteous and understanding people. All of them. From the first one to greet you to the last one that seals the deal.
