All these years with @Chase I imagined they cared about ME, that in supporting my business and personal financial well-being , they could be trusted. So wrongI feel like a foolA simple loan assumption/refi has been made impossible. Despite excellent credit etc. @ChaseSupport

(2/3) @Chase I thought we were well past the days where women needed her husband to get a bank account? We share an account but apparently it's "impossible" for me to get my own login; so I'm at the mercy of my husband's credentials? Certainly not showing marital equity #shameful

@Chase @jpmorgan worst customer service ever… I was affected of a mass layoff at my company and they don’t have the decency to allow me to be refunded for my 1K Flights. Why get a credit card for travel benefits if there is no help when needed.

@MandT_Bank and the transition from People’s continues to be horrendous now with the customer service received by the Wethersfield, CT branch manager simply attempting to close an account. This is twice from this woman at this branch. @Chase is looking tempting!

@juliairzyk I literally have no access to anything because @chase has protocols that block me from doing anything as executor of the estate without a valid EIN number. Since the IRS has not given me one all month, I am stuck
