Does Arizona Tile accept returns? ›

What is your return policy? Product can be returned within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee. Only full box quantities may be returned, no loose or single tiles will be accepted. Custom/special order materials require a 50% deposit upon order and are non-refundable.

For instance, if a product is perishable, like food, it cannot be returned as it would be unsanitary and unhygienic. Similarly, items that are personalized or customized cannot be returned as they are unique to the buyer. Moreover, some items, like underwear or swimwear, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Which quartz company is the best? ›

All returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the date you received them. Refunds are only given if the tiles are returned in their new and salable condition. Shipping charges are not refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with your store or online purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Floor & Decor within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase. If you do not have a receipt, a valid photo ID is required.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your Lowe's purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Lowe's store in the US. Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 90 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
